Section 473.833, RSMo 2000, sets forth the procedure for challenging independent administration. This section has been construed as allowing liberal access to the probate division to attack independent administration. In re Estate of Dalton, 854 S.W.2d 860, 864 (Mo. App. E.D. 1993). But the requirements of § 473.833 must be satisfied if independent administration is to be revoked. In re Estate of Vester, 4 S.W.3d 575 (Mo. App. W.D. 1999).
