An inference as to loss of future earnings can be drawn from proof of permanent injury and total disability. Myers v. Karchmer, 313 S.W.2d 697, 705 (Mo. 1958); Taylor v. Terminal R. Ass’n of St. Louis, 112 S.W.2d 944, 948 (Mo. App. E.D. 1938). In Belisle v.
