Section 47 When to File Application

Any interested party to a decision or order of the appeals tribunal (including the Division of Employment Security) may file an application to have the decision or order reviewed by the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (Commission). A party has 30 days from the date of the decision or order to file the application for review. Section 288.200, RSMo 2000; 8 C.S.R. § 20-4.010. Instructions on how to file an application for review accompany the decision or order.

The Commission accepts applications for review signed by the claimant, a sole proprietor, a partner, an officer or employee of a corporation, or a licensed Missouri attorney. 8 C.S.R. § 20-4.010(1)(A).
