Reformation cannot be granted against a bona fide purchaser without notice of the facts. Boes v. Kachur, 714 S.W.2d 925, 927 (Mo. App. E.D. 1986); see also Ethridge v. Perryman, 363 S.W.2d 696 (Mo. 1963).
