The Missouri corporation income tax return forms are published
by the Missouri Department of Revenue (MoDOR). Corporation income tax is reported on Form MO-1120, available at http://dor.mo.gov/tax/business/corporate/forms. This form also includes Schedule MO-FT for reporting Missouri corporation franchise tax.
