The undersigned natural person(s) of the age of 18 years or more, for the purpose of forming a corporation under The General and Business Corporation Law of Missouri, adopt(s) the following Articles of Incorporation:

Article One

The name of the corporation is Delta Corporation.

Article Two

The address, including street and number, of the corporation's initial registered office in this state is 123 Main Street, Kansas City, Missouri, and the name of its initial agent at such address is John C. Able.

Article Three

The aggregate number, class, and par value, if any, of shares that the corporation shall have authority to issue shall be:

The preferences, qualifications, limitations, restrictions, and special or relative rights, including convertible rights, if any, of the shares of each class are as follows:

(a) No dividend payable in cash or in any other medium (not including Class A Common Shares or Class B Common Shares but including shares of any other class) may be declared on either class of shares unless concurrently a dividend is declared on both classes, and the dividend on each Class A Common Share in every instance shall be twice the amount declared on each Class B Common Share.

(b) No dividend payable in Class B Common Shares may be declared on the Class A Common Shares; no dividend payable in Class A Common Shares may be declared on the Class B Common Shares; no dividend...
