Unless the condemnation proceeding involves a legislative determination of blight, there is no right to an immediate appeal from a condemnation order. State ex rel. Union Elec. Co. v. Godfrey, 673 S.W.2d 14 (Mo. banc 1984). Section 523.261, RSMo Supp. 2008, provides for an interlocutory appeal of the trial court’s finding either upholding or rejecting the legislative body’s determination of blight.
