Section 4 Verified Petition Requesting Annexation

The voluntary annexation process may be initiated by submitting one of the following to the municipal governing body:

· A verified petition requesting annexation signed by all fee owners of all affected tracts

· A request for annexation signed by the governing body of a condominium, cooperative, planned community, or "common-interest community" and approved by a majority vote of unit owners
