A. (§4.8) Under Chapter 521, RSMo
Section 521.010, RSMo 2000, lists 14 grounds for attachment. The plaintiff must file an affidavit presenting facts supporting at least one of the grounds before the writ can be issued. The 14 grounds can be conveniently divided into three classes:
1. Nonresident defendant
2. Concealment, removal, or fraudulent transfer
