Section 4.65 Depositions Pending Appeal

If a judgment has been rendered and the time for appeal has not expired, or if an appeal has been taken, Rule 57.02(b), which is the nearly the same as Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 27(b), provides a procedure for depositions to perpetuate testimony in the event of further proceedings.
