An adverse party who knowingly fails to divulge the identity of a witness during the party’s deposition may not be entitled to use the witness at trial. Thomas v. Fitch, 435 S.W.2d 703 (Mo. App. S.D. 1968); Crompton v. Curtis‑Toledo, Inc., 661 S.W.2d 645 (Mo. App. E.D. 1983).
