Section 4.33 Changes Made to Depositions

A deponent is entitled to make changes to a deposition, in form or substance, but the changes must be entered on an errata sheet, together with the reasons for the changes, before the deposition is signed. Effective January 15, 2015, the witness must sign the amended deposition “before a notary public unless the witness is ill, cannot be found, is dead, or refuses to sign.” Rule 57.03(f).
