I. (§4.25) Judgment and Execution

When the defendant has been personally served or voluntarily enters an appearance, the court may render a general judgment, and the plaintiff may have a general execution. Section 521.370, RSMo 2000; Mahan v. Baile, 216 S.W.2d 92 (Mo. 1948).
