F. (§4.22) Disposition and Custody of the Property
Under § 521.270, RSMo 2000, and Rule 85.23, the court may order a prejudgment sale of the property if it is perishable, it is depreciating to a considerable extent, or its keeping will be "attended with much loss or expense." These sales are made in accordance with Rule 76.13.
