2. (§4.20) Notice

Rule 85.07 prescribes the form of notice that must be served on the defendant and a nonowner in possession of the defendant's property on which a levy is made. The notice required by Rule 85.07 satisfies the demands of Mitchell v. W.T. Grant Co., 416 U.S. 600 (1974), and consists of two parts:
