D. (§4.19) Notes and Records of the Grand Jurors

In State v. Ringo, 30 S.W.3d 811, 820 (Mo. banc 2000), the Supreme Court of Missouri ruled that there is no constitutional or legal requirement that grand jury proceedings be recorded.

Transcripts or minutes of the grand jury cannot be disclosed. State ex rel. Clagett v. James, 327 S.W.2d 278 (Mo. banc 1959).
