After the approval hearing, § 537.095.4, RSMo 2000, requires:

· an order that approves the settlement; and

· a judgment that:

Ø apportions the damages “among those persons entitled thereto in proportion to the losses suffered by each as determined by the court,” § 537.095.3;

Ø requires the collection and receipt for the payment, including a deduction for payment of expenses of recovery and the attorney fees, § 537.095.4(1) and (2); and
