B. (§4.14) Specifically Designated Powers and Responsibilities of Grand Juries

A variety of other laws scattered throughout the Revised Statutes of Missouri address issues that are to be included in the charge given by the judge who convenes the grand jury. These specifically designated powers and responsibilities of the grand jury include the following:
