F. (§4.14) Federal Employers’ Liability Act
The seminal FELA (Federal Employers’ Liability Act), 45 U.S.C. §§ 51 et seq., decision is Consolidated Rail Corp. v. Gottshall, 512 U.S. 532 (1994).
