E. (§4.13) Receipts of Interest and Proceeds From the Sale, Redemption, or Disposition of an Obligation to Pay Money to Principal
The Act’s treatment of investments in obligations to pay money such as deposits, notes, and bonds falls into two categories. The Act provides for the allocation of (1) interest received from these obligations and (2) proceeds from their sale, redemption, or other disposition. Section 469.432, RSMo Supp. 2005.
