3. (§4.11) Special Grounds

The remaining grounds under Chapter 521, RSMo, do not fall into any convenient category. The grounds are:

· when the damages arise from a felony, misdemeanor, or the seduction of a female (12 ^th ground);

· when the defendant did not pay the contract price upon delivery when the contract so provided (13 ^th ground); and

· when the debt was "fraudulently" contracted by the debtor (14 ^th ground).
