Consumers can pursue claims for violation of the MMW Act against a “supplier, warrantor or service contractor” under
15 U.S.C. § 2310(d)(1). A supplier is “any person engaged in the business of making a consumer product directly or indirectly available to consumers.” 15 U.S.C. § 2301(4).
