Section 37 Power to Amend or Revoke

Subject to the provisions and limitations hereafter set forth in this article, each Settlor may:

(i) withdraw all or part of the principal of that Settlor’s separate share of the trust estate, including any policy(ies) of insurance;

(ii) amend, alter, or modify any portion(s) of this Agreement or any amendment(s) thereto but solely as this Agreement pertains to that Settlor’s separate share of the trust estate; or
