A court may exercise its discretion to fashion injunctive relief to remedy the effects of racial discrimination. EEOC v. HBE Corp.,
135 F.3d 543 (8^th Cir. 1998). But that discretion is not unlimited and is reviewable for abuse. Id. at 557. Provisions of an injunction may be set aside if they are broader than necessary to remedy the underlying wrong. Id.
