A parent obligated to pay support may request an administrative hearing to contest the issuance of an administrative order on an existing court order or any withholding under the order as provided in § 454.476, RSMo 2000. The time frame for requesting the hearing to contest the issuance of an administrative order on an existing court order is 14 days after receiving notice of the FSD Director’s order. Section 454.476.4; see also 13 CSR 30‑7.010(5); Ogden v. Henry, 872 S.W.2d 608 (Mo. App. W.D. 1994).
