Section 33 First Degree

A person commits the offense of promoting prostitution in the first degree if that person knowingly:
a. “[p]romotes prostitution
b. by compelling a person to enter into, engage in, or remain in prostitution.”
or
a. “[p]romotes prostitution
b. of a person less than sixteen years of age.”
