The Department of Revenue (DOR) maintains Tax Assistance Centers throughout the state where taxpayers can obtain assistance preparing their tax returns, obtain free preparation of Missouri individual income tax returns and property tax credit claims, and receive answers to technical questions relating to business taxes. Taxpayers can also register for Missouri business taxes and obtain retail sales tax licenses. Additionally, the centers offer seminars on tax-related issues of interest to businesses.
