Now on this _______ day of _________________, 2____, the Court, having taken up the Statement of the Prosecuting Attorney of ______________ County, Missouri, in an ex parte proceeding, makes the following findings and conclusions of law:
1. Section 513.647, RSMo Supp. 2011, provides that no state or local law enforcement agency may transfer any property it seizes to any federal agency for forfeiture until the prosecuting attorney and a circuit judge first review the seizure and approve the transfer to a federal agency.
