Section 32 Patronizing Prostitution

A person commits the offense of patronizing prostitution if that person:

a. under “a prior understanding

b. gives something of value

c. to another person

d. as compensation for having engaged in sexual conduct

e. with any person.”

or

a. “[s]olicits or requests another person

b. to engage in sexual conduct

c. with any person

d. in return for something of value.”
