Order Approving Compromise Settlement

Cause called.

The above cause being called for hearing on the 12^th day of September, 1986. The plaintiffs appear in person and by and through their attorney __________________________________; the defendants __________________________________________, appear by and through their attorney ____________________________.

The parties agree to waive jury and submit all issues in the application for approval of compromise settlement to the court for determination, which waiver is expressly approved by the court. The parties having advised the court that the plaintiffs have, subject to the approval of the court, agreed to a compromise settlement of all claims that they might have as a result of an automobile accident that occurred on or about May 4, 1986, at or near a point 1,860 feet south of the intersection of McClelland Boulevard and 32^nd Street in Newton County Missouri; and in which ______________ received injuries and damages that directly caused or contributed to cause _______________'s death on or about May 4, 1986.
