Section 30 Incidental Closing Costs

In addition to payments previously specified, a qualified relocatee who incurs closing costs incident to the purchase of a replacement dwelling may recover those closing costs. See 49 C.F.R. § 24.401(e). Reimbursable incidental costs may include the following items if the amounts involved are reasonable and if such costs are normally paid by the buyer:

  • Legal, closing, and related costs including
