E. (§30.11) Artificial Insemination by Donor

The Missouri Court of Appeals for the Western District, in White v. White, 293 S.W.3d 1 (Mo. App. W.D. 2009), held that the MoUPA (Missouri Uniform Parentage Act), §§ 210.817–210.852, now RSMo 2000 and Supp. 2011, could not be used to create a legal parent-child relationship between anyone other than a biological parent and a child.
