Section 327.181, RSMo 2000, defines the practice of professional engineering in terms of “engineering education, training, and experience,” “engineering sciences,” “engineering works and systems,” and “engineering teaching of advanced engineering subjects,” but this section is more complete in describing the practice involved than § 327.091, RSMo 2000, relating to architects, discussed in §4.2 above.
