Section 416.031.1, RSMo 2000, parallels § 1, 15 U.S.C. § 1, of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1 et seq., prohibiting contracts, combinations, or conspiracies in restraint of trade. Section 416.031.2 is the counterpart to § 2, 15 U.S.C. § 2, of the Sherman Act, proscribing monopolization, attempts to monopolize, and conspiracies to monopolize. Section 416.031.3 is based on § 3, 15 U.S.C. § 14, of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 12 et seq., prohibiting certain exclusive dealing, tying, and requirements contract arrangements.
