C. (§3.9) Persons Disqualified
Under § 473.117.1, RSMo 2000, the following persons are disqualified from serving as a personal representative:
...A full-time judge of any court of this state or clerk or deputy of any court, unless the applicant is the decedent’s spouse or is related to the decedent within the third degree of relationship by consanguinity or affinity as determined by civil lawA person under the age of 18 years or of unsound mindA person who is under legal disability as a result of conviction of a crimeA habitual drunkardA business entity not organized under the laws of Missouri unless authorized under § 362.600, RSMo Supp. 2008The personal
