Section 3.8 Identity of Expert Witnesses

A party may obtain the identity of expert witnesses as well as the expert’s:
- address;
- occupation;
- place of employment;
- qualifications to give an opinion; and
- hourly deposition fee.
In addition, a party may discover the general nature of the subject matter on which the expert is expected to testify. But interrogatories may not be used to obtain the opinions of expert witnesses.
