Garnishment* of Account Containing Direct Deposited Federal Benefits - 31 CFR Part 212

*"Garnishment" includes a writ, order, levy, notice, summons, judgment or similar written instruction issued by a Court or State child support agency to effect garnishment against an account debtor.
