A. (§3.3) Persons Subject to Garnishment

"[A] ‘garnishee' is the person summoned as garnishee in the writ of garnishment or levy," Rule 90.01, and generally includes any person that:

• the "garnishor" (the judgment creditor) knows or has good reason to believe is indebted to the judgment debtor;

• is obligated to make periodic payments to the judgment debtor; or

• has control or custody of property belonging to the judgment debtor.
