VII. (§3.29) Removal of Personal Representative
A personal representative may be removed by the court upon the occurrence of any event or circumstance that would have prevented the appointment if the personal representative:
“fails to discharge his official duties”;mismanages the estate; or
· fails to file any required settlement after being ordered to do so and following notice and hearing.
