Section 3.26 Methods Available to Attack Interrogatories

A party may file objections to interrogatories under Rule 57.01(c)(3), seek a protective order under Rule 56.01(c), or both. Objections will usually be used to attack individual questions that are objectionable on their face. A protective order will usually be used when:

· the entire set of questions or a substantial portion of them provides a basis for such an order; or
