VI. (§3.23) Nonresident Personal Representatives
A nonresident individual is no longer disqualified from serving as a personal representative. Section 473.110.3, RSMo 2000, provides that, “A natural person or corporate fiduciary, otherwise qualified, who is a nonresident of [Missouri] may be appointed as a personal representative.”
