C. (§3.21) Facts

Certainly a fact witness is just as important as the facts themselves, and, if necessary, the crime scene may need canvassing to detect the existence of fact witnesses. Also, it is important to personally visit the crime scene and to have photographs taken to preserve and reflect the circumstances for the trial when applicable.
