D. (§3.20) Restricted Deposits and the Liability of the Depositary
An estate’s bond requirement may be reduced by deposit of assets at any time with a depositary that holds them in restricted custody under § 473.160.2, RSMo 2000. Section 473.207.4, RSMo 2000, extends all provisions of its first three subsections to a depositary that has executed a certification under § 473.160.
