F. (§3.20) Disbursement

The clerk is to disburse to the garnishor all property paid or delivered into court, less costs, within ten days and without an order of court if (1) the garnishee has not requested an allowance under Rule 90.12(a) and (2) a trial of issues under Rule 90.10(b) is not required.
