E. (§3.19) Request for Immediate Delivery
A garnishor that believes there is a danger of losing the property may request immediate delivery, to the sheriff, of property that is the subject of the garnishment. Rule 90.05(a). The request for an order requiring immediate delivery of property must be supported by an affidavit stating:
(1) the description of the property;
(2) facts showing the reason that immediate delivery to the sheriff should be made; and
