The time to respond to interrogatories is generally 30 days. Treetop Vill. Prop. Owners Ass’n v. Miller, 139 S.W.3d 595, 601 (Mo. App. S.D. 2004). But Rule 57.01(c)(1) provides:
“A defendant, however, shall not be required to respond to interrogatories before the expiration of 45 days after the earlier of:
(A) The date the defendant enters an appearance, or
