G. (§3.13) Revocation of Letters
Letters, once issued, may be revoked by the court following the resignation of the personal representative, § 473.139, RSMo 2000, or if the court determines that the personal representative:
has become mentally incapacitated;has been convicted of a felony;has become a habitual drunkard or is otherwise incapable or unsuitable to serve;fails to discharge the personal representative’s duties;wastes or mismanages the estate; orfails to make settlement after citation and attachment.
