B. (§3.12) Service of Garnishment Summons
The service of the order of garnishment has certain specific requirements. First, the order summons the garnishee into court. Second, the process server declares that the server attaches the goods and effects in the hands of the garnishee. Kurre v. Am. Indem. Co. of Galveston, Tex., 17 S.W.2d 685 (Mo. App. E.D. 1929); § 521.170(4), RSMo 2000.
