There is no requirement that the criminal information or indictment be identical to the juvenile court petition that has been dismissed. State v. Thompson, 502 S.W.2d 359 (Mo. 1973). “The allegations of the [juvenile court] petition need not be couched in the technical terms required of an indictment or information.” Richardson v.
