In K-Mart Corp. Store No. 7441 v. Trotti, 677 S.W.2d 632, 637
(Tex. App. 1984), a Texas appellate court held that an employer had invaded an employee’s privacy by searching her locker and purse. The employer provided locks to employees and retained the combinations for those locks. K-Mart Corp. Store No. 7441, 677 S.W.2d at 634.
